| 斜颈 wryneck 一侧胸锁乳突肌的患先天性挛缩，导致头和颈的不对称畸形。表现为头倾向患侧，下颌转向健侧。刚出生后，胸锁乳突肌内可摸到一质硬、无痛的索条形肿块，以后逐渐消失，代之以肌挛缩及斜颈畸形。新生儿期可按摩肿块，手法矫正并将病儿头部偏向健侧固定。半年后无效时，可切断胸锁乳突肌。该病应与颈椎骨性畸形、颈椎结核、颈部淋巴结炎、环椎枢椎半脱位、视力性斜颈和痉挛性斜颈区别。 |
