隐性冠心病
又称"无症状性冠心病"。冠心病的一个类型。系指中年以上患者，休息时或运动试验后心电图有心肌缺血表现，S-T段降低，T波倒置，但无症状，且无其它引起心电图改变的原因(如各种心脏病、植物性神经功能失调、电解质紊乱、显著贫血、阻塞性肺气肿、服用洋地黄等）；并有下列冠心病易患因素，如高血压、高胆固醇血症、糖尿病等可诊断为隐性冠心病。它可突然转为心绞痛或心肌梗塞，个别患者可能猝死，应及时治疗。防治措施包括防治动脉粥样硬化，促进冠脉侧支循环建立等。
