[Objective] Searching for the risk factors of esophageal, cardia and non-cardia gastric cancer; To study the association between genetic polymorphisms of XPA, XRCC3 and susceptibilities to esophageal, cardia and non-cardia gastric cancer, and to explore the gene-environmental joint action in etiology of esophageal, cardia and non-cardia gastric cancer.

We report a case of advanced hepatoid adenocarcinoma of stomach (HAS) with liver metastasis successfully treated by operation and intrahepaticartery chemotherapy, together with a review of the literature.
胃的肝样腺癌(HAS)是具有肝细胞样分化和腺癌分化的胃癌,通常可以产生甲胎蛋白(AFP),易早期发生肝脏转移,预后不良,平均生存期<1年。
