Objective: To control the quality of Flos Inulae and its preparations, the chemical constituents were extracted from Flos Inulae, identified and assayed with analytical means.

配方：旋覆花15克、代赭石15克、人参15克、半夏9克、炙甘草5克、生姜10克、大枣 6枚、鱼肚250克、葱10克、料酒10克、盐 6克、味精3克。
制作：
1 将旋覆花、代赭石、人参、半夏、炙甘草、生姜、葱装入纱布袋内；鱼肚洗净，发胀，切成4厘米长、2厘米宽的条。
2 将鱼肚、药包、葱、姜、料酒加入炖锅内，加水适量，置武火上烧沸，再用文火炖煮30分钟，加入盐搅匀，除去药包即成。
食法：每日1次，每次吃鱼肚50克，渴汤，佐餐食用。
功效：补脾胃，增食欲，消癌肿。对幽门癌患者尤佳。
