c、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查传动系统（电动机、联轴节、减速器）和运输带的运动是否平稳，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。

a、被清洗的零件要整齐地放在运输带上，不许压在滚轮上；
b、在运输带上，被清洗的零件不能堆得过多，以免影响清洗效果。
c、工作后，被清洗的零件不能停放在运输带上。
