Based on construction design project of the Taijiang Bridge which is a transverse arched steel pylon cable-stayed bridge in Sanming County, Fujian, the author computes and analyses the static behavior, dynamic character and stability of the structural system by building up and computing the integrated finite element model with MIDAS/CIVIL 2006, a finite element software.
