b ianji tudi边际土地(maqpnal land)无利润可得的土地。又称边际成本土地。是西方经济学研究分析土地经济生产力时所使用的概念。这类土地，通过生产所获得的收益，仅能抵付开垦时的投资和生产过程中的各项生产费用，没有余额用以支付地租。然而，肥沃、经营集约又接近市场的土地，其收益除支付所有成本费用外，尚有余额支付地租，此类土地称为超边际土地或超边际成本土地。而土壤瘾薄、远离市场的土地，其收益则不足以支付成本费用，这类土地称为边际以下土地或“次边际土地”。边际成本土地的确定，除土地的肥力和位置之外，与农产品价格、生产费用、运销成本等因素有关。当农产品价格上浮而费用不变或降低时，则边际成本土地就变为超边际成本土地;反之，则变为次边际成本土地。(张月蓉)
