奈瑟氏菌 Neisseriaceae 细菌的一科。革兰氏染色阴性,球形或球杆形,营呼吸代谢。球菌多呈双球菌状排列,相邻一侧扁平或略凹呈肾状;杆菌则短粗,长宽相比为(或不到)2∶1,无鞭毛,好氧。寄生的脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌和淋病奈瑟氏球菌是重要的致病菌。脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌是人类流行性脑脊髓膜炎的病原菌,多数菌株在初分离时有荚膜。淋病奈瑟氏球菌的形态与脑膜炎球菌近似,可引起急或慢性淋菌性尿道炎、阴道炎,主要通过性接触传播。 |
