性质:是一种能诊断肝癌的重要蛋白——α-甲胎蛋白(AFP)的酶-免疫传感器,将AFP的抗体固定于氧电极的表面组成。测定机理是:在待测溶液中,加入已知浓度经标记过氧化氢酶的AFP溶液,待测的AFP抗原和标记的AFP抗原在电极上产生与AFP抗体结合的竞争反应,并达到一定比例。将电极取出洗净,放入含有过氧化氢的酶活性物质溶液中,由于标记的酶能催化过氧化氢分解,使产生氧,从传感器测得氧的增加即可求出标记酶的量,还可推算出被测非标记AFP抗原的量。
