肺泡死腔
又称"肺泡无效腔"。指肺泡通气良好,而相应的血流灌注不足,在肺泡内未能与血流发生交换的肺泡气为无效通气量,又称"肺泡死腔量"。可分为解剖死腔量和生理死腔量。解剖死腔量是指鼻、口腔到细支气管这部分呼吸道内不参与气体交换的气量。正常肺泡死腔量极少,可不计,因此生理死腔量等于解剖死腔量;而在病理情况下,解剖死腔量一般变化不大,故生理死腔量主要是反应肺泡死腔量。
