Objective To improve the method of examination of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) with UF-100 automated urinaly-sis analyzer and VITROS 250 automated biochemical analyzer.
方法取脑脊液检查标本107例,以UF-100自动尿液分析仪测定白细胞、红细胞、细菌,并与显微镜计数法及细菌直接涂片法比较;以VITROS 250生化分析仪测定蛋白、葡萄糖、氯化物、乳酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶。

Objective: To investigate the effects of propofol of cerebrospinal fluid pressure(CSFP), cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) on craniocerebral trauma operations.

dynamic examination of cerebrospinal fluid
了解脑脊液在椎管内有无梗阻的一种检查方法。包括测定压力、压迫颈静脉(奎肯斯提试验）和压迫腹部(斯图基试验）三项内容。在下胸段或腰段椎管内不全梗阻时，初压下降明显或到零位，压迫颈静脉和腹部后脑脊液上升及下降缓慢且均达不到正常水平；完全梗阻时则脑脊液守全不上升。脊髓外肿物患者进行本试验时可使症状加重，应慎重。参见“奎肯斯提试验和斯图基试验”。
