胸膜
pleura

  衬覆在胸壁内面和肺表面的浆膜,分为壁层和脏层两部,两层之间的密闭间隙称胸膜腔。根据胸膜壁层的位置可分四部:即胸膜顶是突出胸廓上口的部分;肋胸膜是衬贴在胸壁内面的部分;膈胸膜是覆盖在膈上面的胸膜;纵隔胸膜是包被在纵隔器官表面的胸膜;壁层胸膜各部之间互相移行,在某些部位成隐窝而肺缘并不伸入其间。这些隐窝即胸膜窦。在肋胸膜与膈胸膜的转折处形成膈肋窦,它是胸膜腔的最低点,胸膜炎时渗出液首先积聚于此。脏层胸膜覆盖在肺表面,并伸入叶间裂内,与肺实质紧密相连。
