   由猪带绦虫的幼虫寄生于人体组织而引起的疾病。又称囊虫病。可因进食污染其虫卵的生菜或食物而感染。最常寄生的部位是皮下及肌肉、脑、眼球,偶可寄生在心肌或肺脏。急性期可有发热、肌肉肿痛、末梢血液酸性粒细胞数明显增多等临床表现。慢性期可分为以下临床类型:①皮肤肌肉型。皮下或肌肉内可触及囊虫结节。②假性肌肥大症型。患者肌肉内布满囊尾蚴而貌似发达,但极度无力,甚至行走困难。③脑型。根据主要症状又分为癫痫型、颅压增高型、脑膜炎型、精神异常型及混合型。④脊髓型。⑤眼型。其他偶可寄生在心肌而引起传导障碍。皮试及间接血凝试验可作临床初筛,补体结合试验及酶联免疫吸附试验对诊断有价值,同时检测血清与脑脊液标本可增加阳性率;检测循环抗原对早期诊断及考核疗效有意义。丙硫苯咪唑或吡喹酮治疗有效,在治疗脑型患者时应加用激素及脱水剂,以防因颅压增高而发生危险。
