目的 比较研究实验仓鼠经不同途径感染羊瘙痒病 (Scrapie)毒株 2 6 3K的终末期病鼠脑外组织内PrPSc分子和沉积特点。

The results showed that protease\|resistant pathological PrP SC was existed in golden hamster brain tissue which was inoculated with scrapie strain 263 K, but no protein e.
根据致病型朊病毒 (PrPSC)能抵抗蛋白酶消化的特性 ,用蛋白酶K消化脑组织提取物 ,以抗体T1进行免疫印迹反应 ,结果表明从接种羊瘙痒病朊病毒 2 6 3K的金黄地鼠脑组织提取物内检测到抗蛋白酶K消化的致病型PrPSC ,而正常金黄地鼠脑组织中没有抗蛋白酶消化的蛋白。

风瘙痒
风瘙痒 病证名。指因感受风热之气而引发之皮肤搔痒。《诸病源候论》卷二：“此由游风在于皮肤，逢寒则身体疼痛，遇热则瘙痒。”风瘙痒证之发，多因素有表虚卫气不固之体征，复感风寒之邪，郁阻于肌肤所致。症发多较突然，所起之处搔痒，甚者可遍及全身，游走无定，或剧痒难忍。若抓搔过甚，局部多现抓痕或成血痂。治宜祛风养血，清热润燥。内服可选当归饮子等。本病相当于皮肤瘙痒症。
