Dick试验
Dick test
用以判断发疹病患儿是否为猩红热的一种试验方法。即在前臂屈面皮肤内注入0.1ml稀释的红斑毒素(内含狄克毒素1个皮肤试验单位），24小时后检查结果，注射部位如有直径1cm或更大的明显红晕，即属阳性反应，说明接受试验者体内没有足够的抗体来中和注入的红斑毒素，对猩红热有易感性。如果试验阴性，一般可以说患儿对猩红热有免疫性。不过，可致猩红热的红斑毒素不止一种，如遇另一种，仍可发生猩红热。
