手足厥冷 手足厥冷 证名。手足冷至肘膝。见《金匮要略·腹满寒疝宿食病脉证治》：“寒疝绕脐痛，若发则自汗出，手足厥冷。”又称手足逆冷、手足厥逆、四逆等。有寒热之分。寒证由于阳气衰微，阴寒内盛所致，伴有怕冷，下利清谷，脉沉微等，治宜回阳救逆，方用四逆汤、大乌头煎等方；热证多因热邪郁遏，阳气不能通达四肢，伴有胸腹烦热，口渴等证，治宜宣透郁热，方用四逆散、白虎汤、承气汤等。
