In this paper,we defined DFC as a design method which analyzed and evaluated the product s life cycle cost(LCC),then modified the design to reduce the LCC.
采用的方法是以全生命周期成本为核心 ,通过产品生命周期的各个环节 (制造M、装配A、回收R、维修S)的分解和分析 ,给出有关的评价指标体系 ,然后使用设计兼容性分析 (DCA———DesignCompatibilityAnalysis)的方法和模糊理论完成对设计方案的综合评价。
