非结构式访谈:又称为非标准化访谈,深度访谈,自由访谈.它是一种无控制或半控制的访谈,事先没有统一问卷,而只有一个题目或大致范围或一个粗线条的问题大纲,由访谈者与访谈对象在这一范围内自由交谈,具体问题可在访谈过程中边谈边形成边提出.对于提问的方式和顺序,回答的记录,访谈时的外部环境等,也没有统一要求,可根据访谈过程中的实际情况作各种安排.其类型有重点访谈,深度访谈,客观陈述式访谈等.同结构式访谈相比,非结构式访谈的最主要特点是弹性和自由度大,能充分发挥访谈双方的主动性,积极性,灵活性和创造性.但访谈调查的结果不宜用于定量分析.
