This paper studies an improved method of plant cell absorbing water and losing water experiment, the selection of isotonic solutions and the advantage of this way in selecting material, operating experiment and the audiovisual effect comparing to the traditional experiment in the teaching material.

The present study was carried out to study the effects of renal dopamine receptor blockade on natriuresis induced by volume e-cpansion (VE) and intracerebroventricular injection of hypertonic saline (ICHNa) in connexion with the use of dopamine receptor blockers haloperidol (Hal) in anesthetized rabbits.
