简称k细胞。其主要特点是细胞表面具有igg的fc受体，当靶器官细胞与相应的igg结合，k细胞可与结合在靶细胞上的igg的fc结合，从而使自身活化，释放细胞毒素，裂解靶细胞。这种作用称为抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒作用。
