【逆流萃取】(countercurrentextraction)萃取分离操作法之一。含有被萃取物的水相及有机相分别从萃取器的两端流入,以相反方向流动,进行连续多次接触分层而达到分离的目的。此法特点是合理使用有机相,分离效果好,特别适用于分配比或分离系数较低的萃取体系,适当增加级数,能达到很好的分离效果和较高行率。广泛应用于工业生产中。
