根据《水利水电工程等级划分及洪水标准》SL252—2000和《水电枢纽工程等级划分及设计安全标准》DL5180—2003中的规定,对于一级大型土石坝,应以可能最大洪水(PMF)或重现期10000年作为校核洪水标准。
