中国元代旅行家。金朝女真族蒲察氏后裔，生卒年不详。元灭金后，仕元，历任统乌思藏路、招讨都元帅等职。至元十七年(1280)元世祖想把汉、唐都未能明瞭的黄河源地彻底弄清，并计划在那里建城设置驿站，以便商贾互市与通航,授命都实前往考察。都实于拭年4月到达河州（今甘肃临夏），沿黄河追溯，直到黄河源星宿海地区。完成考察任务后，同年冬返京报命，呈上绘有包括城、驿位置的地图。其主要贡献：①指出黄河源的地理位置在土蕃朵甘思西鄙。②描述了黄河源区的水文情况，第一次记录了星宿海及其得名的实状，指出今札陵湖与鄂陵湖当时共用一名、虽分实连。③绘制黄河源图。
