| 银汉鱼目 Atheriniformes；silversides 硬骨鱼纲的一目。包括银汉鱼总科和棒胸总科。前者腹鳍腹位或胸位，不形成抱交器，有银汉鱼科、棒胸鱼科、前齿鱼科、黑纹鱼科；后者体前部半透明，雄鱼腹鳍成为胸部交接器的一部，有新棒胸鱼科。该目共5科48属235种。体型较小，圆筒形，或侧扁；侧线无，或很不发达；一般具两背鳍，第一背鳍存在时，具柔韧的鳍棘，第二背鳍与臀鳍通常具有1棘，其余为分枝鳍条；腹鳍小，胸位，或腹位；鳃膜条骨5～7根；被圆鳞或栉鳞；具顶骨。为近海内湾中上层小型鱼类，常集群，以浮游生物为食，有趋光性。因产量少，经济价值不大。 |
