性质:又称M胆碱受体激动药,节后拟胆碱药。一类作用与副交感神经兴奋时效应类似的药物。药物与副交感神经节后纤维所支配效应器上的M胆碱受体结合,并激动之,产生M样作用。表现为心脏抑制,内脏平滑肌收缩,腺体分泌增加,瞳孔缩小等效应。代表药是匹鲁卡品,对眼和腺体作用最明显,主要用于眼科治疗青光眼。不良反应主要由于吸收后的M样作用引起,可用阿托品治疗。
