黄瓜500克,姜汁35克,精制盐15克,味精2克香麻油15克。

≮美食做法≯

黄瓜洗净,顺长切成4爿,将瓜皮朝下批去瓤和少许嫩肉,改切成0.7厘米粗,3厘米长的筷子粗条,加盐拌匀渍20分钟,挤去盐水,加味精,姜汁,香麻油拌匀,围放在冰冻盐水蹄胖周围。
