[制作流程]月牙芝士茄角制作过程：
1， 将黄豆粉加入水，盐，发粉，辣椒粉和芝麻打成糊备用。 2， 把印度芝士搓碎，加入绿辣椒粉，什锦香料粉，盐待用。 3， 窃子洗净后切成薄片，用辣椒粉和盐腌制。
4， 将腌好的茄片夹入芝士馅作成月牙状的茄角后，放入豆粉糊中拌均。
5， 将挂好豆粉糊的茄角，放入温油中炸至金黄色后捞出。 6， 盘中摆放生菜，西红柿花，黄瓜片装饰，放入炸好的茄角 7， 食用时配绿薄荷酱或番茄沙司即可。
