广西壮族自治区桂平县西山南麓有口宽、深度各两尺多的乳白泉,常年不枯也不涨,每天早晚9时左右,流出的泉水如鲜乳莹白夺目,随后又逐渐清澈透明。用这种泉水浇灌的西山茶被奉为佳品,用此泉酿造的酒,被誉为“广西茅台”。这种泉水含有丰富的天然氧,是我国最好的软水。
