【绝对责任】责任标准高于严格责任的一种责任。法律上一种被认定为不该发生的损害发生，受害人无须提供致害人过错或过失的证据，无须考虑致害人注意的程度或采取的预防措施‘致害人也没有抗辩的理由，责任就已经存在。现在已不常使用绝对责任概念，因为实际上绝对没有抗辩理由是不可能的。
