Through the R&D model constructing,we analysis the characteristic of contract under specific investment and risk sharing,and follow the result that the simple contract can induces efficient investment,and mitigates no efficiency from contract incompleteness.

Based on the agent theory in the western economics,the management mechanism and corresponding guarantee system have been established,which set risk agreement as the frame and control the whole process of chemical measures.

By dividing risks into layers according to protocol tree,we created a model for network protocol risk evaluation and provided a new way and calculation method for network information security risk analysis.
