This paper has made a new development of traditional method for rejecting unreliable points,putting forward a new one which suitable for general data series,and then made the amendments of pseudo-data,from a point of view of tendency-approximation so as to provide a reliable guarantee for the computer to accurately recognize the ground control observation data.
