It has been pointed out in Essentials of Chinese Education Reformation and Development that the administrative system of higher education is mainly managed by central government and provincial government,but in the process of the development of degree and graduate student education,the provincial-level degree committee has not given full play.
《中国教育改革和发展纲要》中明确提出了我国高等教育实行中央、省级政府两级管理,以省级政府为主的管理体制,但在我国学位与研究生教育发展过程中,省级地方学位委员会的作用并没有得到充分发挥。
