So, it is necessary to design logistics facility project evaluation indicators under system function and carry on reasonable appraisal by AHP-F method.

First of all,construct the calculation formula of on-line bus stop physical facility capacity,and based on which, establish the bus arriving rate model of on-line bus stop adapting birth-death process method and solve out the capacity schedule based on bus flow characters in different berths,different dwell time,all of which provide a preference for the bus stop building and planning.
