According to the principle of analytical subsequent relative orientation, the formula of vertical parallax on corresponding point is deduced when stereo model is reconstructed by using the elements of exterior orientation of images.

Based on the error propagation law,the theoretical accuracy model of exterior orientation elements to vertical parallax is proposed in this paper firstly.

Results show that on the rearranged approximate epipolar images,the vertical-parallax of each pair of conjugate points all keep at a sub-pixel level.
