Both the field observation and the afterwards examination of 30 skins of the Collard Hill-partridge have shown that the birds in three localities in central Guangxi and being in complete chestnut of its forehead are of some remarkable difference to all other skins of Arborophila gingica gingica collected elsewhere,we hence are to offer a new subspecies.
在多次野外观察并对28号标本进行比对的基础上,发现分布于广西北部九万大山及中南部大明山的白眉山鹧鸪在形态上与采自湖南、福建、江西、广东及广西东部标本存在明显差异,主要为九万大山和大明山这两处地点所产白眉山鹧鸪的额和头顶为栗褐色,与颈部同色。

长白山白眉蝮蛇(Agkisttvdon blomhoffii ussurensis)属于蝰蛇科蝮蛇亚科白眉蝮乌苏里亚种,俗名目本本蝮蛇(Manushi),主要分布于我国东北部、朝鲜及俄罗斯的部分地区;蛇毒中的磷脂酶A_2同源物(phospholipaseA_2,PLA_2)除了酶活性外,具有多种生物学活性,是蛋白质结构与功能研究的理想天然蛋白。

Based on N-terminal sequencing and peptide prints analysis of the purified phospholipase A2 protein from Agkistrodon blomhoffii ussurensis, its cDNA was obtained by means of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends (RACE).
