【性状】
本品为淡黄色澄明液体。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品适量，照γ谱仪法（附录ⅩⅢ）测定，其主要光子的能量为 0.320MeV。 (2) 取本品，照放射化学纯度项下的方法测定，在R值约为0.8处有放射性主峰。
【检查】
pH值 应为7.0 ～8.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 含铬量 精密量取本品 0.2ml，加0.05mol/L氢氧化钠溶液使成4.0ml ，混匀，照 分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在370nm 的波长处测定吸收度，按Na2CrO4 的吸收系数（Ｅ 1% 1cm）为299 计算，每1ml 中的含铬(Cr)量不得过50μg 。 细菌内毒素 取本品适量，依法测定（附录Ⅺ E），每1ml 中含细菌内毒素应小于 40EU。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【放射化学纯度】
取本品适量，以水－乙醇－浓氨溶液(5:2:1) 为展开剂，照放 射化学纯度测定法（附录ⅩⅢ一法）试验，铬[Cr]酸钠的放射化学纯度应不低于95 ％（R值约为0.8 ）。
【放射性浓度】
取本品，照放射性浓度测量法（附录ⅩⅢ）测量，每1ml 的放射 性活度应不低于37MBq。
【类别】
放射性诊断用药。

【注意】
本品如发生沉淀，应停止使用。
【贮藏】
