(1)斑节虾 300g

[制作流程]
(1)斑节虾洗净去鬚、去肠泥备用。青葱切段备用。
(2)将材料2放入锅中煮滚约2分钟,放入虾子用大火煮约3~4分钟后捞起盛盘。
(3)将调味拌匀为沾料,食用斑节虾时剥去外壳沾调味料食用即可。
