原料: 原 料：
鲜桂花10朵，鸡皮糙山药250克，桂花酱50克，植物油500克（实耗约75克），白糖100克，面粉100克，湿淀粉30克，干淀粉50克。
制法: （1）鲜桂花摘洗干净。山药洗净剁成末。
（2）炒锅上火，放入500克清水，下山药末和白糖烧开，下湿淀粉调成糊，倒入一方盘中，待凝结后取出，切成花块。
（3）把面粉和干淀粉搅拌均匀，放入适量水调成薄糊，把山药华块投入挂糊，搅拌均匀，薄厚一样。
（4）炒锅上火，放油烧至七成热，将挂糊的山药花快，放入锅中炸，并用手勺不断地搅动，待山药花块炸至深黄色，捞出控油。
（5）用适量清水与桂花酱拌匀，放小锅里，用小火烧开，再放入鲜桂花，立即出锅，将调好的鲜桂花汁浇在炸山药块上即成。
特点: 外焦里嫩，桂花芬芳，山药溢香，补益脾痛，养阴生津。
