腹壁切口裂开
腹壁切口裂开往往是由于病人年老、体弱、营养不良，或病人突然用力如：恶心、呕吐、咳嗽、喷嚏、使劲用力排便等突然发生伤口裂开。表现为伤口有较多的淡红色液体流出，多数病人有崩裂感，如腹膜同时裂开可有大网膜及肠管脱出伤口，也有浅层裂开者如皮肤皮下组织裂开，多由于小血肿，脂肪液化等因素造成。预防：根据全身情况，有发生伤口裂开可能者，应在术时加用张力线缝合2～3针，伤口较大者应在术后包扎腹部与腹带，咳嗽时应由他人用手揿住切口两侧以减轻切口的张力。一旦发生伤口裂开应及时处理，有疑筋膜裂开，应及时在手术室清创缝合，并加缝张力线(详见减张缝合)。
