In order to meet the demand for a film-space camera with large aperture to take photograph,a type of focal plane-curtain shutter is designed,which utilizes the movement of front-curtain and back-curtain to form a narrow slit, and then makes the film exposure.

focal-plane shutter
直接组装在照相机身的胶片前面，用于像单镜头反光相机等这种可替换镜的照相机上。有二块快门帘，置一定间隔开闭，调节此间隔以决定速度。帘的开闭速度称帘速，横向开闭型约1/60秒，纵向开闭型约1/125秒。快门帘全开时慢于此速度，高速开闭时，频闪灯无法同步。比如，以1/1000秒的快门，帘速击1/60秒或1/125秒，故要特别留意机身抖动。
