In this paper,we bring forward a kind of modified accumulation factor instead of traditional AHP.

This paper overcomes the deficiency of traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP) through which the obtained weight factors are too subjective,and brings forward a new method by combining accumulation factor method and AHP,that is called analytic hierarchy process using accumulation factor to evaluate weight factors.
