In light of design and analysis of dismantling column of a shop, the paper provides an effective design method by which we can draw out understratum column on base of adding reinforced concrete framework bearing column.

A construction example of solving the problem of replacing columns without interrupting the business of the building by means of column jacking and column cutting in thetechnological reconstruction of an outdated factory building so as to avoid considerable pecuniaryloss of the concerned enterprise is presented and discussed.
