METHODS:The experimental group,to establish the acute epileptic model of New Zealand rabbit,were injected the Penicillin in the cerebral cortex.
方法:实验组采用青霉素皮质注射制作新西兰白兔急性癫痫模型,对照组用生理盐水皮质注射,利用电压敏感性染料进行染色,观察并记录染料显色情况。

即“Seip-lawrence综合征”。原因未明，有人认为属常染色体隐性遗传性疾病。在婴儿早期即见皮下脂肪消失，面容消瘦衰老，胸、臂较细小，但手、足巨大，似肢端肥大症。骨骼、牙齿提早发育，骨龄超前。肝、脾肿大，肝硬化。皮肤粗糙、干燥和色素沉着，弥漫性多毛。浅表静脉怒张，尤以下肢显著。巨心。气脑造影或CT扫描显示第三脑室和基底脑池扩张。血生化检查血脂高、生长激素水平高。常伴有糖尿病、垂体功能异常等内分泌疾病。对症治疗。
