Radial Basis Function-weighted Partial Least Square Regression and Its Application to Develop Dry Point Soft Sensor;

A novel method integrating the radial basis function (RBF) with partial least squares regression (PLSR), which can describe complex nonlinear system, was established.

Based on researching into the classification mechanisms of feedforward single-layer radial basis function (RBF) and linear basis function (LBF) networks,the author presents the viewpoints that the RBF centers and widths should be determined through a self-learning procedure,that some new kernels naturally come into being according to which class the labeled patterns are misclassified to.

In this paper we introduce the kinematic measure of a segment contained in a convex domain by using the new definitions: generalized support function and radial function.

In order to eliminate the impact of oversample-cumulating method on clarity of linear push-broom imaging,with the transition of aperture function,a deblurring method was put forward to cumulate the pixel in the same sample position,thus the aperture function in push-broom direction was equal to the linear direction,and the impact of pixel shift in cumulating was eliminated.
