定义：
证券年收益（利息或股息）除以证券显示价格。又称flat yield，income yield，interest yield或running yield，指债券的年收益率，亦即以债券每年的利息收入除以目前的市场价格而得的报酬率。
解释：
此收益率与息票收益率(coupon yield)不同，息票收益率是理论上的收益率，由利息除以面值而得，所以当债券的市价改变时，息票收益率仍维持固定，但当期收益率则有变动。通常升水(premium)的中长期债券，当期收益率会超过息票收益率；而贴水(discount)的中长期债券，当期收益率会低于息票收益率。
