雷暴 thunderstorm 由对流旺盛的积雨云引起,伴有闪电雷鸣和强阵雨的局地风暴。雷暴过境时,气象要素和天气的变化很剧烈,瞬时风速一般为15~25米/秒,风速极大时甚至可达40米/秒,降水阵性强,常形成暴雨。强烈的雷暴甚至带来冰雹、龙卷、雷击等严重灾害。造成人、畜、庄稼和财产的巨大损失。雷暴形成于层结强烈不稳定的大气中,在这种大气的低层,如果存在使低层空气抬升至一定高度的触发条件,就可产生对流云。对流旺盛的积雨云中强烈的上升气流把云、雨滴带到云的上部,水滴和冰晶的相互作用引起正负电荷的分离,进而产生闪电放电,闪道上温度骤高,空气膨胀,体积突然增大,产生冲击波而导致雷鸣。常见的有气团内部热雷暴、面雷暴、冷涡雷暴、台风雷暴以及其他热带天气系统所产生的雷暴等。按雷暴的强度、水平范围、持续时间等不同,可分为一般雷暴和强雷暴两类。 |
