The paper presented an electrostatically suspended gyroscope′s hollow spherical rotor′s structures,and carried out the simulative analysis of the static deformation,dynamic deformation,synthetic deformation and temperature deformation of the spherical rotor under different working conditions using the FEA software of ANSYS,thus obtaining its deformation law and volume.
