To study the influences of methane on selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR), the condition of flue gas composition was simulated on a drop tube furnace test rig, and the influences of a few of methane on SNCR temperature window, NOx reduction efficiency and ammonia slip from 650℃ to 1 150 ℃ were investigated, as well as reactivity of methane.

By using advanced commercial software CFX-TASCFLOW imported from abroad,a numerical simulation of said combined application on the W-shaped flame boilers of 300 MW unit in one power plant has been carried out,the key parameters suitable for temperature windows of SCNR being precisely calculated and analysed under different optimized combustion modes.

By finite-element method, the temperature field of SiO 2 and Al 2O 3 have been studied, under the condition whether laser power density in dimension is equal and the window is cooled or not .
结果表明 :当光强分布不均匀时 ,采用旋转方法能有效地减小温度场的不均匀性 ;当对输出窗口进行强迫冷却时 ,输出窗口温度场不均匀性明显减小。
