The results showed that whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index were increased significantly than antepartum,but erythrocyte deformation index was decreased significantly;once the cows emerged the symptoms of DVBS after birth, whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity increased apparently,the erythrocyte deformation index further decreased.
结果表明与产前相比,奶牛产后全血液黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数显著升高,而红细胞变形指数显著降低;而当奶牛产后出现气虚血淤症状后,全血液黏度、血浆黏度更加显著升高,红细胞变形指数进一步降低;服用产复康后,气虚血淤证奶牛的血液流变学各项指标已接近非血淤证奶牛水平,而血淤证对照组奶牛的上述指标仍高于健康奶牛。

用以表示红细胞体积和血红蛋白含量、浓度的关系，借以对各种不同贫血分类和诊断。其计算方法为将测得的红细胞数、血红蛋白量和红细胞压积这三个数据，按下列公式计算出红细胞的三种平均值。①红细胞平均体积(MCV）：即每个红细胞的平均体积，以立方毫米(mm3）为单位。计算公式如下：MCV=红细胞压积(％）×10/红细胞百万数正常值为84～94/mm3。大细胞性贫血时，MCV增大(＞94mm3）；单纯小细胞性贫血及小细胞低色素性贫血MCV缩小(＜80mm3＝。②红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH）：即指每个红细胞中血红蛋白的平均含量，以微微克(pg）为单位。计算公式如下：MCH=血红蛋白(克％）×10/红细胞百万数正常值为26～32Pg。大细胞性贫血， MCH增高(＞32pg）；单纯小细胞性贫血及小细胞低色素性贫血减少(＜26pg）。③红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC）：即指每100毫升红细胞中血红蛋白平均浓度，以百分数表示。计算公式如下：MCHC=×100%正常值为34±2％。大细胞性贫血及单纯小细胞性贫血比值增高(32～36％）；小细胞低色素性贫血比值减少(＜ 32％）。
