Apllying the method of thumb pressing and muscular injection method respectively, we gave intro-muscular injection to 86 patients who needed penicillin,and measured the patient s pain.

手的第1指。包括两块指骨、掌骨和大多角骨。拇指只有两节，末节较其他手指末节长且宽厚。近节指骨比其他手指的近节短，但比中节长。第1掌骨比其他掌骨短，其化骨核出现的部位如同指骨，位于基底，不在掌骨头。拇指有大鱼际肌附于掌侧，使拇指能完成外展和对掌的动作。一旦拇指阙如，手部功能将损失50%。
